"I'm a BIG Sister"...

Well, our latest news for family and friends was announced on August 14, 2009. We're expecting another baby on March 18, 2010!

My mom knew that we were coming up to visit and I told her that I had a present for her. She thought that it was going to be family pictures- which we need to take by the way- but Aubrey showed up to spread the news about the real gift! It was so much fun to see the look on my mom's face when she finally understood what "I'm a BIG sister" meant. At first I pointed out that I had made Aubrey's shirt because my mom didn't even notice it and then she just said "well isn't that cute" and went on talking for a few minutes. Ryan and I just sat there with big smiles on our faces and finally her eyes got so big and she said "OH!" "You're Pregnant?!!" Then she kept saying "YAY!" and she hugged me over and over about 6 times! It was too funny! I only wish we had gotten it on video.

Thankfully, we did get Ryan's family's reaction on video. We surprised them by coming up to Warner Robins for a visit and then let Aubrey give them the news!

July and August 2009

This summer flew by way too fast! With lots of fun visits with family, sun bathing at the beach and just having fun at the pool we're sad to see summer come to an end. Florida has been fun so far...

This is Aubrey so excited when Daddy brought in a turtle that he found outside while he was washing the car!

Turtle, turtle.....

We laid out a carrot, an apple peel and a piece of lettuce for the turtle to munch on. What do turtles eat anyway? We weren't really sure but Aubrey decided to eat the carrot before the turtle could get to it!

My sister Kelly came to Florida to visit us with her husband Josh and his kids Kristen and J.J. Kristen was named after me...well, chronologically anyway. We had so much fun while they were down and we used every minute to it's fullest! The first day, we went to the beach and then to Chuck. E. Cheese. The next day we went to the Orlando Temple and then to Downtown Disney and the last day that they were here we went to Busch Gardens in Tampa.

Aubrey didn't want to be in this one so it's just me and my handsome hubby! It turned out a little dark though.

We saw a hippo up close! It was awesome! We tried to get our pic with it but it moved too fast.

Aubrey wasn't sure if she liked sitting in a dragon egg....

Right before the 4-D movie. Aubrey liked it for a little while until the bees started coming at her and our seats started buzzing. Then the water squirted us and after that she just grabbed on to me as tight as she could and hid her head in my armpit. Every now and then she would look back at the movie for a second but then she would hide her head again and say "No" really softly. She kept us laughing most of the time we were there!

June 2009

Me on my 23rd birthday! We were going to head to the beach for the day but Ryan wasn't feeling too great so we stayed at home for most of the day. He was feeling a little better that night so we went and checked out the mall in Brandon.

Me cutting the cake after Ryan and Aubrey sang Happy Birthday to me. Ryan said something funny and made me laugh. He usually does! This is the cake. It's called "Better than almost anything cake" and it lives up to its name. My mother -in-law introduced me to this one and it is so good! So many calories- but it tasted so good that I didn't even care!

This is us at the Brandon Mall. We found a jamba juice and we were lovin' it! We didn't take any pics of Ryan cause he wasn't feeling that great and didn't want his taken. This is the apron that my mom gave me for my B-day. I love it! Thanks Mom!

Stephanie and Bryson came down for a visit! Bryson loved playing in the sand!

And Aubrey loved eating! She's her daddy's girl for sure!

Aubrey went back home with Bubba and Grandma so that she could spend more time with Bryson and Stephanie and so Ryan and I could do some school work. Aubrey doesn't look too happy here but don't that it fool you. She was holding hands with Byrson and giving him lots of kisses while they were together!

Fun times with Aubrey in the bathtub. We we're laughing so hard and Aubrey couldn't figure out why.

Then she started to enjoy it a little more. We forget how long her hair is getting until we put her in the bathtub. It's so curly that it doesn't look as long when its dry.
